Tofu Chocolate Pudding


  • 16 oz soft tofu
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp liquid sweetener (honey, agave, etc.)
  • 3 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp soy milk optional

  1. Add all the ingredients, except soy milk, into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. If needed, pour in soy milk to get the blender going and stir the mixture around. Puree until smooth.
