- 16 oz soft tofu
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp liquid sweetener (honey, agave, etc.)
- 3 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp soy milk optional
- Add all the ingredients, except soy milk, into a blender and puree until smooth.
- If needed, pour in soy milk to get the blender going and stir the mixture around. Puree until smooth.
