Yoghurt Oatmeal Face Mask



Ingredients:
  • 4-5 tsp yoghurt, preferably Greek
  • 1 tbsp ground oatmeal
  • 1 Vitamin E capsule

Directions:
  1. Mix together the yoghurt and oatmeal.
  2. Break open your Vitamin E capsule and add it into your mixture.
  3. Apply onto a clean face and leave one for 20-30 minutes. 
  4. After time's up, rub the mask in circular motions over a sink to exfoliate. To prevent your sink from clogging, throw any excess mask into the trash rather than down the drain and wash your face with warm water. Pat to dry.
