Oat Pancakes

  • 1/3 cup ground oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup liquid (milk, water; I used homemade soy milk)

  1. Heat up a pan and grease with oil or butter.
  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients thoroughly, then pour in the liquid.
  3. Dollop the batter onto the heated pan. Once the batter begins to look "dry", flip the pancake over and wait another minute, or until the bottom is brown.
  4. Serve with toppings.
