Mango Ice Cream

  • 2 cups mango flesh, cut up and frozen
  • about 1/4 cup milk, or more

  1. Break apart the frozen mango if they stick together and place it into your food processor or high-powered blender. Pour in about 2 tbsp milk.
  2. Turn on the food processor and process.
  3. Turn the machine off and stir it around with a spoon, making sure there are no more frozen chunks left. If there are, add in the rest of the milk and process until smooth.
